3.2. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. Alexian's Library of Wonders is not liable for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
3.3. Our service is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that the final product will meet all subjective expectations of the client.

4. Content Restrictions
4.1. Alexian's Library of Wonders does not process requests for content that includes or promotes:
- Violence, abuse, or harm to others.
- Evil, hateful, or discriminatory themes.
- Sexual, explicit, or inappropriate material.
- Any content that violates legal, ethical, or moral standards.
4.2. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not align with the morality principles of Alexian's Library of Wonders. In such cases, the client will be notified, and a refund may be issued if the order has not yet been processed.

5. Refund Policy
5.1. Once an order has been accepted and taken for processing, no refunds will be provided.
5.2. Alexian's Library of Wonders guarantees the delivery of the final product with one iteration to correct any critical mistakes, such as:
- Errors in text, sound, images, or video.
- Content that does not align with the client’s original request or preferences.
5.3. Requests for corrections must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final product. Corrections are limited to addressing critical errors and do not include subjective changes or additional requests outside the original order.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content created by Alexian's Library of Wonders, including text, illustrations, and other creative elements, is the intellectual property of Alexian's Library of Wonders.
6.2. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
6.3. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Alexian's Library of Wonders.
